With the 'WhatsUp' display software you should have received the following 'Help' documents: EBLP4Calibration.html (this will be the main document you were looking for). They are your best source for an 'Instruction Manual' for their XFL file. The XDF file(.bin definition) that you are using in TunerPro is written and provided by Dynamic EFI.
